FINDINGS REVERSED
Te Rapa Appeal Case PA WELLINGTON, * May 9. The Racing Conference appeal judges today reversed the findings of the Waikato District Committee in upholding the decision of the Judicial Committee of the Waikato Racing Club in allowing the judge’s placings to stand in the Storey Memorial at Te Rapa on February 18, when Sir Vite was first past the post and Princessita second. After the race a protest was lodged on the grounds of interference to Princessita by Sir Vite. The judges found that Sir Vite interfered seriously with Princessita, and ordered Princessita to be placed first and Sir Vite second. The appeal judges were Messrs J. Graham. T. C. Lowry and T. B. Heath.
