Fair To Cloudy And Mild The official weather forecast issued by the Government Meteorologist in Wellington is:— Situation.—A high-pressure ridge is moving slowly eastwards off New Zealand, and a deep depression near Norfolk Island is moving slowly southwards. Forecast to 5 p.m.—Moderate northeast winds near the coast, with light, variable winds inland, weather fair to cloudy and milder. Further Outlook.—Similar conditions. ■ Weather in Dunedin.—Sunshine recorded in the city yesterday amounted to 7hr 36min, and 0.13 in of rain fell up to 9.30 a.m. The wind was light from the northeast. The maximum temperature was 59.2 deg, and the,minimum was 44.2 deg. Pressure was steady last night, the barometer reading at midnight being 30.C0m.
