ARMSTRONG.—On May 8, 1950, at Dunedin, Mary Anne Armstrong. loved mother of Mrs Russell, of Wanganui, late of 8 Young street, St. Kilda; aged 69 years. BENNIE.—On May 9, 1950, at Dunedin, Lillie Elizabeth, dearly beloved wife of Alexander Bennie, 25 Butler street. Maori Hill, and dearly loved mother of Noeline; aged 50 years. CAMERON.—On May 9, at Karitane, as the result of an accident, Donald Ewen, beloved only child of Ewen Pinkerton and Peggy Cameron, 46 Cargill street; in his fifteenth year—Private interment on Thursday.
CRANE.—On May 8, 1950 (accidentally killed), at Wallingford, Hawke’s Bay. William Gilbert, dearly loved second son of William and Ellen Crane, of Waitahuna; aged 25 vears. intimation later.—R." McLean and Son, funeral directors.
DAWSON.—On May 9. 1950, at Dunedin, Martha, beloved wife of the late Edward James Dawson, 146 Frederick street, and •loved mother of Edward, Albert, Ernest and Thomas; in her eighty-seventh year. “At rest.”—The Funeral will leave our Chapel, 78 St. Andrew’ street, on Thursday, the 11th inst., at the conclusion of the service commencing at 1.30 p.m.. for the Northern Cemetery.—Hope and Kinaston, funeral directors.
McKENZIE.—At Invercargill, on Tuesday, May 9, 1950, Agnes, beloved wife of the late Donald McKenzie, late of Bluff. — The Funeral will leave St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church, Bluff, at the conclusion of a service commencing at 3.30 p.m. Today' (Wednesday), for the Bluff Cemetery.
