MOTHER’S DAY SESSION
Arrangements For Oamaru Listeners
The 4ZB programme department would do its best to cater for the Oamaru listeners during the Mother’s Day request session on May 14, the station manager, Mr D. G. Sheard, told the Daily Times yesterday in response to an inquiry. Owing to the power restrictions which operate in Oamaru on Sundays, the electricity is shut off between 1 o.m. and 4.30 p.m. and Station 4ZB will endeavour to play as many of the Oamaru requests as possible between 11.30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
