Dunedin Stock Exchange LITTLE BUSINESS PASSING Buiness was again quiet on the Dunedin Stock Exchange yesterday, but quotations were fully maintained, and there appeared to be no relaxation of interest. Fletcher Holdings ordinary shares were taken higher at 33s 3d. and buyers sought additional parcels at that figure at the close. Colonial Sugars, cum the new issue, were quiet, the market taking time off to digest the offer, which unexpectedly involves a premium on the shares offered to shareholders. Mount Morgans were quoted at 20s Id (buyer) and 20s 5d (seller) after the sale of a parcel of 120 at 20s Id. and Mount Lyells had renewed demand at 225. the seller at 235. The buyer of Kempthorne. Prossers again advanced his offer and bid £5 11s Od. Berlei New Zealand shares were sought, but there was no response to the offer of 27s 6d.
