The Sanatorium is situated on a sunny and healthy site, three miles from Waipukurau. on the Napier-Welling-ton Main Highway, and passenger services pass the institution. The Nurses' Home is a modern and well-eqUipped building, and amenities for the staff include .tennis court, picture plant, etc. Salaries payable are in accordance with the Hospital Employment Regulations, and tn addition, nursing staff of this institution are eligible for the Tuberculosis and Locality Allowances provided for under special circumstances in the Hospital Regulations.
