ART SCHOLARSHIP
Award To Aucklander TO STUDY IN ENGLAND PA WELLINGTON. May 7. By winning the art scholarship awarded on Saturday at the National Art Gallery, Miss Sina Woolcott, an Auckland artist, will have an opportunity of furthering her studies in England for two or more years. There were 8 entries from throughout New Zealand for the scholarship, and a panel of eight judges who examined specimens of their work deemed Miss Woolcott the winner. A scholarship of £ 1000 awarded by the Association of New Zealand Art Societies.
