FIRE BOARD Because Mr W: Parker had been absent frorn two consecutive meetings without leave, the Kaitangata Fire Board decided, at its quarterly meeting, to ask the Kaitangata Borough Council to appoint another representative in place of Mr Parker. It was decided to procure new uniforms for brigade members as soon as possible. Mr F. Carson was elected chairman for the ensuring term.
