AUSTRALIA • BEATS NEW ZEALAND From the Sports Editor

In the first of three water polo tests to be played between Australia and New Zealand, the visitors outclassed the Dominion side by 11 goals to 4. These are the only competitors. Scorers for Australia were J. G. Amadee (4), P. E. Johnston (2), M. T. Hastie, C. V. French,. P. J. Bennett and H. Doerner, while New Zealand’s goal-keeper, J. Walsh, took the ball into his own goal once. R. Hatchwell (2), T. H. Logan and C. N. Williams' scored for New Zealand. The Australians showed more speed in the water and their handling was superior. They infringed more, but the Australians' were better in positional play.
