FORBURY PARK FACILITIES
TOTALISATOR PROVISION A problem that has given the committee of the Forbury Park Trotting Club much concern for sorpe time is the congestion that occurs in front of the totalisator on race days. The building restrictions have prevented the committee from doing anything to relieve this congestion, but the committee has in mind i scheme by which the brick totalisator building could be shifted right back to he fence, thus adding considerably to the .space in front of the building. Provision will be made for 71 windows, compared with 59 now available, and the Indicator will be housed alongside the totalisator face. A visit to the course yesterday showed that the work entailed in providing for a doubles totalisator is nearly completed, and everything is in tip-top order for the opening of the club's meeting on Saturday. The going is firm and fast.
