REMEMBERING BRACKEN

Sir,—Might I suggest that the councillors who are investigating the duplication of our street names should remember the name of the New Zealand poet, Thomas Bracken? He did a great deal for our province in his time, and deserves recognition. His grave is in the Northern Cemetery, and is kept in orderly our council in perpetuity. Can we not go a little further and name some important thoroughfare Thomas Bracken street?— I am, etc.. Not Understood.
