CAPTAIN SANDY SELECTED High-class fields will meet on the first dav of the Auckland Trotting Cup'carnival at Epsom today. The Oamaru Captain Sandy is right at the peak of his form and he will probably be one of the favourites for the Cup. with Single Direct and Lady Averil also receiving strong support. The New Zealand Cup winner. Loyal Nurse, will probably find, her handicap of 60 yards too much for her but Globe Direct and Plunder Bar will not be without chances.
