CEYLON LOCAL GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL KILLED
Rec. 9 p.m. COLOMBO. Nov. 16. Mr K. M. Hussein, aged 45. chairman of the Matale Urban Council, Ceylon, was shot dead last night by an unknown assailant. Political motives are believed to be the cause of the assassination.
