BOTANY DIVISION, WELLINGTON. —Asst. Botanists (2); males preferred. ENTOMOLOGICAL RESEARCH STATION, NELSON AND ASHBURTON.— Asst. Entomologists (2); males preferred. Duties at Nelson relate to general work on insects of economic importance, including the introduction of parasites. Work at Ashburton relates to the grass grub and the subterranean caterpillar. FRUIT RESEARCH STATION, AUCKLAND (Later at HAVELOCK NORTH). —Ast. Pomologist (1): M.Sc., with Istclass hons. in Botany preferred, or B.Sc.; male preferred. . Work relates to testing of pip and stone fruit stocks, new varieties, etc. GRASSLANDS DIVISION (GORE Sub-station).—Asst. Agrostologist (1); male preferred. Work relates to strain trials, pasture management, method, etc. 2.
