LIGHTER NOVEL
Lieutenant Flynn, B.X. By E. Laurie Long. Ward Lock. In Dangerous Waters Mr E. Laurie Long rises to fresh heights of dangerous adventure in Lieutenant Flynn, R.N., in which he describes a shipwreck and secret investigations into the atomic bomb at a Russian outpost in the Arctic. Young Brian Flynn is as daring as his father, with a less vitriolic vocabulary, but the same Irish wit and blarney, and his attempts to indulge this latter quality at the expense of a too materialistic Russian girl scientist produce some diverting results.
