The Public Trustee for Victoria is the Administrator of the Estate of ALEXANDER RITCHIE, late of 12 Ward Grove, Pascoe Vale South, in the State of Victoria, munition worker, deceased, who died intestate on the 15th May, 1945, and whose estate is distributable amongst his next-of-kin.i WILLIAM' RITCHIE (who was born at Williamstown, in the State of Victoria, on the 25th August, 1870) was a brother of the said deceased, and, if he survived the 'said deceased, would be entitled to a share of his Estate. The said William Ritchie is believed to have gone to New Zealand many years ago. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that unless on or before the 15th day of FEBRUARY, 1950, the Public Trustee, of 412 Collins street, Melbourne. Victoria, Australia, receives a claim to share in the Estate of the said deceased from the said William Ritchie or from his personal representative or from some Derson claiming through him, the Public Trustee will distribute such Estate jls if the said William Ritchie predeceased- the said deceased. — C.
