Sleeping Cars For All Night Expresses
PA WELLINGTON, Oct. 24. The Railways Department announced to-day that, commencing on Friday, November 25, sleeping cars will be provided on the Friday night express trains from Christchurch to Invercargill and from Invercargill to Christchurch. One sleeping car containing 16 berths will be attached to each of these trains. Sleeping car accommodation will then be available on all night expresses between Christchurch and Invercargill.
