CIRCULARS BY POST
Sir,—At least on£ day a week my genuine mail is an hour late, due to the mass distribution of circulars emanating from various sources. Originally this service was instituted for the delivery for real mail only. Our postmen are a fine and loyal body of men.* Why they should be burdened with all this extraneous matter passes my comprehension. . In my opinion it is a case of sweating in more ways than one. This should be stopped by charging full postage rates or by the use of independent distribution. With toe election close, my sympathy goes out to these men.—l am, etc., H. E. A.
