Annual Meeting Of Members
At the annual meeting of the Moana Tennis Club disappointment was expressed at the slow progress made with the new courts. The opening day was fixed for October 1 on the old courts, where play will have to continue in the meantime under difficulties. The following office-bearers were elected:—Patron, Mr J. S Nicolson; president •Mr G Chisman; vice-presidents, seven were elected; secretary, Mr W. McCoy: treasurer, Mr J. Long; club cap-t-iin Mrs Garden; auditor, Mr E. Sutherland- committee—Mrs Aim, Mrs Sheen, Miss’ Flett, Miss Campbell, Mr Garden and Mr Barker; delegate to the Otago Lawn Tennis Association, Mr Chisman.
