Mr Farquhar Wilkinson, who left Dunedin for London a few weeks ago, has qualified for entrance to the Royal College of Music to continue his ’cello studies. Reference to the death of Mr N. M. Mollison was made at the morning service at First Church yesterday by the Rev. Allen W. Stevely Mr Mollison, he said, had served as an office-bearer for 24 years, and as superintendent of the Central Sunday School for a period of 16 years. He was closely associated with the work of the YMCA. Devotion and sacrifice adorned his.life and service. At the close of the service the organist, Mr G. E. Wilkinson, played the “Flowers of the Forest.”
