THAT a Special Loan of Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Pounds (£12,300) to be known as ‘‘Waterworks Loan. 1949,” be raised by the West Harbour Borough Council tor the purpose of Increasing ihe supply of wholesome water available to the Ravensbourne-Rothesay area of the Borough of West Harbour. i 2. THAT the term for which the said loan or any part thereof may be raised shall be twenty-five years from the first day of November. 1949 . 3. THAT the rate of interest that may be paid in respect of the said loan or any p3rt thereof be such as shall riot produce to the lender or lenders a rate exceeding £3 5s per centum per annum. 4. THAT the said loan or any ,rt thereof shall be raised upon t ( erms of making the same together ’ ith interest thereon repayable by equal aggregate annual or half-yearly instalments extending over the said term of twenty-five years. 5. THAT the payment of such instalments shall be made in New Zealand. and no such instalment shall be paid out of loan moneys. 6. THAT the rate payable for brokerage, underwriting and procuration fees in respect of the raising of the said loan or any part thereof shall not in the aggregate exceed one-half per centum of any amount raised. 7.
