LIBERALS TO UNITE
CONFERENCE AT WELLINGTON PA WELLINGTON, Aug. 22. A decision that all Liberal groups in the Dominion should unite under the charter of one of the existing incorporated Liberal societies was made at a Liberal conference held in Wellington at the week-end. Mr J. Hunt, welcoming delegates from all parts of New Zealand, said the object of the meeting was to try to achieve unitv among the various Liberal groups. Mr C. G. Hunt (Hamilton) was elected chairman.
