European Title Changes Hands
Rec. 9 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 11 The European bantam-weight boxing champion, the Italian Guido Ferracin, lost his title last night to the Spanish champion, Luois Romero, at Barcelona. Romero won by a Knock-out in the seventh round of a 15-round contest.
