Soviet Dismantling Speed-up In Austria
Rec. 9 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 11. A special Russian “ dismantling ” mission is on its way from Moscow to Vienna to speed up the removal to Russia of plants from 278 factories in the Russian-occupied zone of Austria, says the Vienna correspondent of the Daily Telegraph. This is taken as an indication thai Russia is preparing to evacuate Austria.
