EAST-WEST TRADE TALKS RUSSIANS REFUSE TO GIVE INFORMATION Rec. 11 p.m. LONDON, May 28. Delegates of Britain, America, Russia and 22 European countries failed to agree on a system to increase EastWest trade at a meeting of the Trade Committee of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, says the British United Press Geneva cor-, respondent. / Mr Paul Porter, the American delegate, said the meeting was a failure because the Russians refused to agree to supply information to the secretariat beyond that already published in the Soviet Union.
