AIRFIELD SURVEY
APPROVAL OF ALEXANDRA The airfield at Alexandra had met with the approval of the party of National Airways officials who visited it yesterday, said Captain A. G. Gerrard, assistant general manager of the National Airways Corporation, last night. Bad weather made the proposed journey to Alexandra by air impossible and the party had travelled by car. Captain Gerrard was accompanied by Captain H. C. Walker, flight superintendent, Mr H. Yates, traffic superintendent, and Mr J. Jennings.
