PURSUANT to the provisions of “ THE ELECTRIC POWER BOARDS ACT. 1925,” and its amendments NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the expiry of one month from the date of this notice the ratepayers resident in that portion of the WAIKOUAITI COUNTY more particularly described in the Petition hereinafter mentioned and whose signatures appear in the said petition WILL PETITION His Excellency the GovernorGeneral of the Dominion of New Zealand that:— Such portion of the Waikouaiti County as is described in the said PETITION be included within the inner area of the OTAGO ELECTRIC POWER DISTRICT. 2.
