FAIR AND MILD The weather forecast issued by the Meteorological Office in Wellington is:—( Situation.—A low pressure trough extends from Norfolk Island southwards through Nelson. Forecast to 5 p.m.—Light. northerly winds. Weather fair and mild. Further Outlook. —Fair* Weather in Dunedin.—A warm day was experienced in Dunedin yesterday, 6 hours 12 minutes of sunshine being recorded. A light south-east wind prevailed, and no rain was recorded up to 9 a.m. yesterday morning. The maximum temperature was 62 degrees. The minimum 45.5 degrees, and the minimum 37.5 degrees. The barometer reading at midnight was 30.10 inches.
