TWO DEATH SENTENCES ON WAR CRIMINAL
Rec. 9 P.m. BERLIN, May 25. The German Criminal Court in Munich to-day imposed two death sentences and 15 years’ imprisonment on a former German policeman, Max Raethig, whom they found guilty of murdering 42 inhabitants of the Polish ghe.tto at Thomaszow. Under German legal procedure each of the sentences was imposed under separate counts in the indictment against Raethig.
