BANK ACT HEARING ADJOURNED
Rec. 9 p.m. LONDON. May 10. The Commonwealth Government's appeal against the High Court order invalidating its Banking Act of 1947 was adjournecji to-day until such time as the Australian Attorney-general, Dr H. V. Evatt, could attend to reply, but it is not to be later than May 23.
