DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS WITH SPAIN UNITED STATES SENATE MOVE NZP A—Copyright Rec. 10 p.m. WASHINGTON, May 10. Senator Tom Connally, chairman ol the Senate Foreign relations Committee, said to-day that the United States should resume full diplomatic relations with Franco Spain. Senator Connally made Pis statement during the Senate debate on United States policy towards the Franco regime. Several Senators have been urging that the United States again send an ambassador to Spain, but this was the first time they had gained the support of the Foreign Relations Committee chairman. The United States, in conformance with the United Nations resolution, withdrew its ambassador from Spain over three years ago but still maintains other diplomatic officials in Spain.
