Dr R. A. Falla, director of the Dominion Museum, was re-elected president of the Royal Society of New Zealand at the annual meeting of the council yesterday. Mr F. R. Callaghan ws re-elected vice-president. The Rev. Martin Sullivan, ol Wellington, has been appointed principal of College House, Christchurch, in succession to Canon S. Parr, who will retire on January 31, 1950. Mr Sullivan is at present the Student Christian Movement chaplain at Victoria University College.
