TRIAL HANDICAP AT RIVERTON STERLING LAD IN SPRINT PA INVERCARGILL, Apl. 17. The Riverton Racing Club opened its three-day Easter meeting on Saturday in bleak weather conditions. The track was very soft after heavy rain during the past week, but there was some excellent racing.
