CANTERBURY TITLE WON BY D. L. WOON
PA CHRISTCHURCH. Apl. 17. D. L. Woon won the Canterbury Amateur Golf Championship at Shirley on Saturday by two strokes from C. J. Ward. Woon did his morning round in 73, a scratch score, to Ward’s 71, but in the afternoon Woon was round in 71 to 75. G. L. Blair and H. J. Gossett had aggregates of 149.
