ITEMS OF INTEREST
Work Day.—The Waitaki Boys’ High School has organised a work day on April 23 when pupils will, undertake any type of work to raise funds for a new set of band instruments.
Irrigation Meeting.—On Wednesday Mr Riddell, Public Works Department, will inspect the Steward Settlement water race and will meet farmers at 7 p.m. in the Waitaki Hall to discuss irrigation problems and prospects.
