Senior Sergeant D. Wilson is at present on annual leave, and Sergeant J. N. Croxford (Timaru) has arrived in Oamaru 1c relieve Senior Sergeant Wilson. Sergeant Croxford will be in the district for 19 da vs. Among the visitors to Oamaru for the North School's seventy-seventh anniversary celebrations is Mrs Sutcliffe, of Maunganui (Auckland), a granddaughter of the late James Lindsay, an early headmaster at the school, Mrs Sutcliffe is staying with Mrs Williams, Holmes Mill.
