ALL WELCOME. Dflite U)ord (Bod sB Crutit) “TET .GOD BE TRUE." (Rom. 3: 4) British-Israel avers that Britain to-day is the Kingdom of Israel, having a king and possessing princes. Why, then, does the Bible say JUST THE OPPOSITE of the Children of Israel? (Hosea 3: 4-5): “ For the children of Israel shall abide many days WITHOUT a king, and WITHOUT a prince . . . AFTERWARDS SHALL THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL RETURN and seek the Lord their God and David their king ... IN THE LATTER DAYS." Has Britain yet to return and seek the Lord? In Ezek. 36: 22-24 we read of the latter day restoration of Israel as follows:—“I do not this for your sake O house of Israel, but for my Holy Name's sake, which YE HAVE PROFANED among the nations whither ye went . . . For I will take you from among the nations and GATHER YOU OUT OF ALL THE COUNTRIES, and will bring you INTO YOUR OWN LAND.” Has Britain (if Israel) profaned the name of God? Zach. 12: 10 relates to a national mourning and lamentation to take place in Israel because they recognise IN THE RETURNED MESSIAH the one whom they crucified. That this relates to Israel is unquestionable, for some of the tribes are mentioned, such as Levi and Simeon, proving that MORE THAN JUDAH are concerned in this national lamentation. British people generally have never denied that Jesus was the Messiah. " JEWS," " ISRAEL " AND " JACOB INTERCHANGEABLE TERMS. The Apostle Paul said: "I verily am n man which AM A JEW.” (Acts 22: 3). He also said, “ For I also AM AN ISRAELITE, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjaminc." (Acts 11: 1), Pilate placed over Jesus’ head on the Cross tiie inscription, " This is Jesus, the KING OF THE JEWS"; yet Nathaniel also said, “ Thou are the KING OF ISRAEL.” (John 1: 49). In Acts 21: 27-2 H, the " Jews which were of Asia ” stirred up the people and said, " Men of Israel.” Paul divided the people into two classes, "Jews and Greeks.” (1 Cor. 1: 24). Had there been another class, he would have said, ’• Jews, Greeks and Israelites." Jesus sent His disciples to preach the Gospel and said, “Go rather to the lost sheep OF THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL.” (Mat. 6). They went and preached. Paul uses the words "Israel” and “Jacob” as synonymous in Rom. 11: 26—" And so, all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, there shall come out. of Zion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob.” Here " Jacob.” twelve tribes, IS CLEARLY ANOTHER TERM FOR " ISRAEL.” Yet to be fulfilled—- ” Thus saith the Lord ... It shall come to nass, that ten men . . . OF ALL LANGUAGES OF THE NATIONS, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is ,a Jew, * saving, WE WILL GO WITH YOU: FOR WE HAVE HEARD THAT GOD IS WITH YOU.” (Zach. 8: 23).
