CYCLIST’S DEATH

STRUCK BY CAR ON MAIN HIGHWAY PA WELLINGTON, Apl. 15. A youth died in the Welington Hospital to-day from injuries received when he was struck by a car shortly before midnight on Thursday. He was Keith Manderson, aged 17, of Kings crescent, Lower Hutt. He was pushing his bicycle on the side of the main highway when he was struck and flung several feet by a taxi travelling in the same direction. The accident happened in a stream of traffic between Paekakariki and Paraparaumu.
