COMPETITION FESTIVALS
DOMINION SCHOLARSHIPS ARRANGED PA CHRISTCHURCH, Mar. 29. A conference of the New Zealand Competition Festivals Association, held in Christchurch, adopted a scheme for holding Dominion scholarships in singing, dancing, elocution, pianoforte, violin and 'cello, and hopes to implement it next year. The scholarships, to be conducted in conjunction with competitions festivals throughout New Zealand, will provide a year’s tuition - A ±her in' the Dominion or overseas.
