LONDON WOOL SALES
All crossbreds showed an easier tendency at the second day of the London wool sales, states a cablegram received bv the Dunedin branch of the Bank of New Zealand. Compared with the last London sales best merinos were at par, while prices for heavy burry types were 'll per cent, to 10 per cent, lower. Prices for fine crossbreds were par to 5 per cent lower and medium crossbreds were 5 to 7 1 per cent, lower, while scoured wool generally was 5 per cent, lower. Prices for other sorts were fully 10 per cent, lower than at the close of the London sales in February. The market for sliped early pulls was good. Quotations;—
