The question of damage caused by atomic fission is being given attention in overseas insurance markets. French companies are excluding such damage from their policies, but there is no indication of similar action in the British market, states the Financial Times. American underwriters are said to favour, at least, exclusion of damage by atomic energy from their marine policies.
