FAT SHEEP VALUES FIRM PA CHRISTCHURCH. Mar. 23. The store sheep yarding at Addington to-day was: Ewes, 21,735, including 16,836 aged sheep; 3821 two-tooths and 4899 lambs. The quality of the two-tooths was good, but the aged sheep were not impressive. The lambs, which included a number of useful station drafts, sold exceptionally well and were 3s a head dearer than last week. The demand was particularly good for secondary sorts, which have sold slowly at recent sales. Best lambs made 31s to 37s 6d; good, 26s to 30s; small and ordinary, 16s to 255.
