PRINCIPAL WAIKATO RACE PA HAMILTON, Dec. 19. The Waikato Trotting Club’s first summer meeting was held in fine weather before a large attendance. The track was in good order. Stewards’ Handicap, of £4OO. Class 2.53. One mile and a-quarter.—2/2 Petite Direct, scr (E. N. Kennerley), 1; 5/5 Alec Potts, scr (D. C. Watts), 2; 4/4 Staveley s Lad, 12yds bhd (H. Oliver). 3.
