NEW STRIKE CALL IN FRANCE
LONDON, Nov. 17.
The Communist-led French Dockers’ Federation has decided to call on all dockers and port workers to strike from November 22 for an unlimited period, says the Paris correspondent of the British United Press and Reuter. The strike is coupled with the United States dock strfke, and will almost seal off France from Marshall Plan shipments. Government officials said the new strike call apparently marked the opening of another Communist move against the Government.
