WRECKED YACHT FOUND
P.A. AUCKLAND, Oct. 30. An 18ft yacht, which had been wrecked on rocks at Ponii Island, in the Firth of Thames, was discovered yesterday afternoon by Mr Ernest Chamberlain, a resident of the island. The anchor was inside the yadht. and the centre board was down. A wristlet watch, which was still going, was found on board. No report of any person missing or of a missing yacht had been received -by the police at a late hour last night.
