HEREBY GIVE NOTICE of m.v intention to apply to the Dunedin City Council for the ISSUE OF NEW DEBENTURES with relative interest coupons, in place of the following Dunedin City Corporation debentures, to which I am entitled absolutely:— (a) Dunedin City Corporation Conversion Loan, Fourth Repayment Loan (1945), Debentures Nos. 3327-3328, each of £IOO, with interest at 3 per cent, and due on April 1, 1948. (b) Dunedin City Corporation Conversion Loan, 1934. Debentures' Nos. 14446-14449. each of £IOO, with interest at 41 per cent., and due on April 1, 1954. Half-yearly interest coupons are affixed to the debentures in each case from April 1, 1947. In the case of (a) each coupon is valued at £1 10s. and in the case of (b) at £2 2s Gd. The said debentures and coupons which have been lost were in the name of JOHN FINNERTY, late of Dunedin, Retired Corporation Employee, and were last known to have been in existence about November, 1946, when he >;as residing at No. 14 Warden street, Opoho.
