QHEESE FACTORY MANAGER THE RATANUI CO-OPERATIVE DAIRY COMPANY requires a Manager for the one-vat factory at Ratanui, situated in the Catlins district, 4 miles from Owaka Output is 50 tons of chese made between October 1 and May 31, though on occasions the’ season may extend a week before and after these dates. A new award for managers comes into force on August 1, 1948, providing for a basic wage of approx. £450 p.a„ plus tonnage rates. The usual free house is provided and customary perquisites.
