Plant Burns Old Boots in Coal Crisis
Rec. 10 p.m. ADELAIDE, Aug. 4, A large motor plant of General Motors, Holden’s, Ltd., is getting over the coal crisis with the queerest substitute fuel in Australia. It is burning old army boots rejected by the Disposals Board as having no resale value.
