LEGACIES TO CHURCHES
In a will which was sworn for probate purposes at under £I7OO, Isabella Holmes, widow, of Dunedin, has bequeathed upon trust all her real and personal estateafter the payment of funeral expenses and death duties—from which the following legacies are to be paid:—St. Martin’s Anglican Church, North-East Valley, £IOO, for the new church building fund; St. John’s Anglican Church, Waikouaiti £100; Makogai Lepers’ Mission Fund of New Zealand, £SO; Anglican Memorial Home for Boys. Dunedin, £SO; St. Stephen’s Presbyterian Church, Dunedin, £SO. After the payment of these legacies all the money remaining is to be paid to the Dunedin Diocesan Trust Board for the benefit of the Anglican Home for the Aged Fund.
