DECISION FOR RUHR
REJECTED BY WESTERN ZONE PREMIER Rec. 10 p.m. DUSSELDORF, June 7. The Premiers of the three western zones cf Germany, in a communique after a conference, declared that international control of the Ruhr was not justified. They added that Germany herself was willing to prevent the Ruhr from being built up as a menace to other countries.
